  9. Knead till the dough is soft, smooth and elastic. and also bounces back when pressed. if not, knead another 5 minutes..
  10. Tuck the dough and form to a ball. place in a large mixing bowl..
  11. Also grease the bowl with olive oil to prevent dough from sticking to bowl..
  12. Now cover the bowl tightly with cling wrap or plastic wrap..
  13. And allow to rest and rise in a warm place for about 2 hours..
  14. Dough has raised and doubled in size indicating well fermented..
  15. Punch the dough with fist to release down the air..
  16. Veg pizza baking recipe: divide the dough into 2 balls and tuck them..
  17. Place the dough on dusted pizza plate or tray. alternatively use cornmeal for more crunchy texture..
  18. Flatten the dough by stretching with both hands..

  26. Brush olive oil over the sides of pizza crust to make pizza crust more crispy and golden brown..
  27. Further, bake in a preheated oven at 500 degrees fahrenheit or 200 to 250 degree celsius for about 12 – 15 minutes..
  28. Immediately slice the pizza..
  29. Finally, serve veg pizza hot with chilli flakes and oregano on top..
