  11. Now grate cheese, slice tomato(in reference to choice of shape) slice sausage and shred chicken or cut into chunks.
  12. LASTLY: i make my pizza dough. (i just realized I didn’t take pictures🥺😂) btw i made my pizza dough last minute cuz i’ll be using it as soon as I finish kneading..
  13. In a bowl, add in flour— sugar— instant yeast— salt—- oil— add water little at a time.
  14. Mix together until a soft, sticky dough is formed.
  15. Transfer to a clean surface and knead for 40-50mins(yeah, it’s worth it).
  16. Line pizza pan with oil or butter.
  17. Place dough and spread out, then make holes using a fork.
  18. Brush melted butter round the edges.
  19. Spread pizza sauce.
  20. Add cheese.
  21. Then chicken.
  22. Sausage.
  23. And tomato.
  24. More cheese, then pop into a pre-heated oven..
  25. Serve and......
