Instructions to make Wheat pizza:

  1. For the base.
  2. Take a deep bowl add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oil. Mix well..
  3. Add curd and knead smooth dough. The dough should be like chapati..
  4. Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep aside for about 10 to 20 minutes..
  5. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and roll it out thick..
  6. Use a fork to prick the pizza base..
  7. Take a deep pot add some salt at the bottom. Place a stand and place a plate on top of the stand. And apply oil on the plate..
  8. Cover this with a lid and pre heat about 10 minutes..
  9. Now put the pizza base on greased plate and cover with lid. Cook at low to medium flame for 10 minutes..
  10. For topping.
  11. In a bowl add onions, green chillies, corn, and round sliced tomatoes and mix well..
  12. Add in the topping mixture add salt, Italian herbs, and chilli flakes and mix well..
  13. Spread some butter on the pizza base..
  14. Spread some pizza gravy on the pizza base..
  15. Add the topping mixture and grated cheese on top of the pizza base..
  16. Add chopped chillies on top and sprikle some chilli flakes and Italian herbs on top..
  17. Cook this on a frying pan. Cook on low flame and cover it with the lid. Once the cheese melts. Let it cook for a while to make it crispy..
  18. The pizza is ready to be served.
